Online Enrollment Begins July 6

     It is time to begin thinking about the start of the 2009-10 school year and the first task for families is to complete the enrollment process. Starting July 6, online enrollment will be available on PowerSchool. A letter is being sent with general instructions for using PowerSchool as well as the ID and password needed to begin the online enrollment process. If you have more than one child attending Circle District schools next year you will have multiple letters as each child has a personal ID and password in PowerSchool.

     On the back of this letter you will find general instructions for using PowerSchool and also step by step enrollment instructions are found on the log-in page of PowerSchool. You will be able to complete all enrollment forms (health, field trip, internet use, etc) as you go through the online enrollment process. If your child is in high school you will be able to view their schedule.

     After completing all forms, you will have the option of paying fees online, including meals, yearbooks, athletic passes and course specific fees. If you prefer to have assistance with the online enrollment process you may visit your child's school on Friday, August 7. Should you have questions, please call the district office at 316-541-2577.

     This Back-to-School Issue contains contact information for all the schools in the district, the Unified Office, District Services, Board of Education and Special Education as well as General Information for the District. At the end of the issue, School Supplies List for Circle Middle School and Benton, Oil Hill and Towanda Grade Schools can also be found.
